What paperwork or medicial forms do we need to prepare and bring?

All participants coming to THAB camp need to fill out the following participation and health forms: ***Only parts A & B are required. How old do you have to be?

The youngest we typically allow is 11 years old.

Do you only allow scouts or are other youth groups welcome too?

Great question, all youth groups are welcome :)

What is the cancellation policy?

Great question! A 25% deposit is due upon booking, the remainder is due 30 days before your reserved day of arrival. You are able to get a full refund or make any changes anytime up until 30 days prior to your arrival when the full amount becomes due.

What is the typical camp schedule? (meal times, activity times, etc.)

Breakfast: 8:30 am Lunch: 1:00 pm Dinner: 6:00 pm Wednesday dinner is served earlier at 5:30 pm to allow groups enough time to check out and travel home safely. Activities may vary slightly in the times they are offered but most of them will start between 9:00 - 9:30 am and 1:30 - 2:00 pm depending on the activity.

Is there a packing list, what should we bring?

We don't currently provide an exact packing list but please make sure each participant comes prepared with the appropriate clothes and footware for each activity. Often temperatures can be a little chilly in the evening. Warm clothes are suggested for the evenings and for sleeping. Each participant is responsible for bringing their own sleeping bag, pillow, water bottle, and appropriate clothes for each activity (i.e. swim suits, shorts, shoes/watershoes/sandles, etc.) loose footware like flip flops are discouraged and will not be allowed for many activities.
